Senior Software Engineer
Senior .NET Developer / SQL Server Developer
(SC Cleared)
Location: Remote (U.K.) Salary: Up to £526 p/d (Inside IR35) Security clearance is essential for this role.
We are looking for an experienced security cleared Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies to join our established development team. This hands-on role combines software development, database development, application support, and troubleshooting across a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications.
While you will work across the full Microsoft development stack, there will be a particular focus on SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and legacy application support. You will design and develop new functionality, maintain existing systems, assist end users, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain desktop, web, and server-based .NET applications.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (UDFs).
- Maintain and enhance Microsoft Access databases, including advanced VBA development.
- Support legacy applications and integrations while contributing to modernisation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain APIs, Windows Services, and web applications.
- Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues across development and production environments.
- Integrate systems with Oracle databases and replication services.
- Produ万元和维护 XML, JSON, and document generation solutions (PDF/RTF).
- Support deployments through Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and IIS.

Essential Technical Skills
