My client, a technology-first hedge fund, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their growing infrastructure team in London.
About the Role
As part of this highly skilled engineering function, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and operating a modern Kubernetes platform that supports business-critical applications at scale. Working across a predominantly bare-metal and on-premises environment, you will help drive automation, reliability, and platform maturity while partnering closely with software engineering teams.

Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in a Software Engineering background, evolved into a platform or infrastructure-focused role.
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in bare-metal or on-premises environments.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Deep understanding of containerisation technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native principles.
- Experience with GitOps methodologies, observability tooling, Linux systems administration, and networking concepts within Kubernetes environments would be highly advantageous.
