About The Role
The EU & UK Onboarding Experience team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us redefine the onboarding experience for our European and UK customers. We're building a convenient and scalable onboarding journey that empowers hundreds of thousands of customers while staying fully aligned with local regulatory standards.
Our mission is to make the onboarding journey for personal and business customers effortless and frustration-free. By building custom flows and collecting only essential information, we streamline the process while building robust defenses against financial crime. This allows us to scale Europe smarter, not harder. We're automating information collection and review to accelerate onboarding for our customers and enable the company to grow seamlessly without needing to expand our servicing teams proportionally.
Join us to help shape the future of our onboarding experience.
How We Work

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audience Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, query optimisation and designing schemas You enjoy writing testable code and believe in Test Driven Development You believe in and follow best coding practices, code reviews and open feedback.
