We’re building the #1 training platform for runners, guiding everyday athletes to become exceptional—from 5K to marathon levels. The Team

You’ll join the Growth Engineering squad, responsible for key user acquisition touchpoints across web and mobile. Collaborate with product, design, data, and leadership to craft seamless onboarding paths that convert first-time users into loyal subscribers.

Your Impact

✅ Lead full-cycle conversion engineering: architect, build, and innovate high-impact user journeys and subscription funnels across multiple platforms.

🔍 Experiment at scale: define Isaac♀our[,outstrategy for running experiments, tracking metrics, and deriving insights from data—not just executing tests individually.

What We Need

  • 3+ years' experience as a senior Full Stack Engineer with TypeScript/JavaScript mastery.

  • Conversion/Ux careateion[distically driven product builds**—think deep about user intent and technical optimizations.
