Senior Software Engineer
A Boutique Systematic Trading firm are looking for Senior Software Engineers to join a business-critical greenfield team tackling complex distributed systems and building proprietary reliability-based tooling.
In this role, you will:
- Gain front-office exposure
- Collaborate directly with Quant Traders and Quant Researchers
- Build performant front-office distributed systems and tooling -See your work have a direct and immediate impact on the trading desk’s performance
Role Overview
Everything in this role is fully greenfield, proprietary, and leverages cutting-edge technologies (Python, Rust, or C++). Success in this position requires involvement in technical strategy from inception to production.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Python, Rust, or C++ in a commercial environment
- Strong Computer Science, Engineering, or related background from a top university
- Familiarity with:
- Modern software engineering practices (Agile, DevOps)
- Agile & DevOps methodologies (Scrum, git, CI/CD)
