Position Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

  • Lead complex projects
  • Craft scalable software solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Ensure software adheres to high standards of quality, performance, and security

Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Plan and implement game features that align with game design
  • Optimize existing game engines for performance and scalability
  • Coordinate with other team leads to synchronize development
  • Review and ensure high quality code and technical design documents from peers

Leadership & Orientation

  • Build and enforce coding standards and guidelines
  • Navigate product organization to connect with relevant teams and resources

Requirements

Technical & Educational

  • Proficiency in C# with essential knowledge of Unity
  • Strong experience in software development
  • Degree: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field

Technical Know-how & Skills

  • In-depth software development principles and methodologies
  • Ability to analyse product code and propose solutions for better performance
  • Maintain code quality through reviews and adherence to standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on management style with involvement in end-to-end processes

Game & Business Acumen

  • General business concepts with interpretation of key metrics (DAU, ARPDAU, etc.)
  • Familiarity with game development and industry knowledge

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
