As a Senior Software Engineer within our Salesforce Loyalty Cloud team, you’ll play a key role in designing, building and supporting enterprise-grade solutions that power customer engagement, rewards and personalised experiences for millions of customers. Working in empowered, cross-functional teams, you’ll bring deep Salesforce expertise, strong engineering standards and a passion for delivering scalable, secure and reliable solutions.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to design, build and evolve loyalty capabilities that support customer engagement and digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly within Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, who thrives in a modern, product-led engineering environment and is passionate about engineering excellence.

What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Design, build and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and the wider Salesforce Platform, using Apex, Flows, DPE and declarative configurations.
- Lead the development of customer loyalty capabilities, including member lifecycle management, promotions, rewards processing and personalised customer experiences.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems through REST APIs, Platform Events and event-driven architecture, ensuring robust and reliable data flows.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Champion engineering excellence by driving code quality, operational stability, observability, continuous improvement and best practice across the team.

Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
- Strong experience developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows and Batch Management.
- Practical experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Loyalty Cloud/Loyalty Management solutions.
- Proven experience designing and delivering integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and modern integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, governor limits and engineering best practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and using CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, to support modern software development practices.
