Senior Software Engineer
About The Role
We seek a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead and expand key components of our global supply chain platform, including the B2B merchant portal, logistics engine, and API/EDI integrations with OMS, WMS, and TMS.

This position is based in Europe, with your primary collaborator located in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead architectural modules from database schema design through to a refined, user-facing frontend.
- Resilient Infrastructure: Build fault-tolerant systems for:
- International shipping routes
- Customs data
- Real-time tracking
- Heavy-Duty Integrations: Develop and maintain robust API and EDI integrations with enterprise OMS, WMS, and TMS platforms, ensuring reliable management of:
- Idempotency
- Retries
- Dead-letter queues
- Async Collaboration: Collaborate efficiently with a globally distributed team by providing:
- Clear documentation
- Progress updates independent of real-time meetings

Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Distributed Systems
- Extensive experience with:
- Cloud-native environments
- Event-driven distributed systems (GCP preferred)
- Proficiency in managing:
- Fault tolerance
- Race conditions
- Eventual consistency
- Unreliable third-party APIs
Data & Storage
- Practical expertise with:
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- NoSQL (Firestore)
- Analytics engines (ClickHouse, BigQuery)
Career Consistency
- Proven background at B2B companies with career stability.
- Not seeking candidates with:
- Multiple short-term roles
- Project-based experience
- Freelance experience
- Agency loan-out experience

Logistics & Compensation

Location: Fully remote within Europe (UK, Spain, France, Ukraine, Portugal, Germany, and others) You must be able to overlap a substantial part of your workday with US Eastern Time (EST).
