Coffee bar supervisor
As our Coffee Bar Supervisor, your focus will be on ensuring every cup served is exceptional. You’ll be the go-to person for barista training, equipment upkeep, and quality control – all while helping lead a friendly, motivated team in a fast-paced café environment.
Requirements
- Ability to listen carefully and take instructions
- Communicate confidently
- Work to an organised plan following procedures
- Display good practice at all times
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs have been met
- Food Safety at Level 2 certificate (ideal)
- Health & Safety at Level 2 certificate (ideal)
- Read company manuals to obtain a thorough understanding and knowledge of products and services
