The role
This company is building the future of data orchestration and observability. They're bringing CI/CD-style rigor to data teams with an AI-native, declarative framework that lets engineers explicitly define pipeline behavior. Backed by leading investors, they've grown ARR 4x in the last year and are on track to do it again.
This is a senior frontend seat on a small engineering team of four. You'll own the entire user-facing surface: how data engineers author pipelines, watch them run, and debug when things break. This isn't just building screens; it's end-to-end system design, setting the technical bar, and driving the full development lifecycle. You'll deploy to production multiple times a day, with real scope to influence product direction and contribute to new AI initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The work
Own the entire frontend surface, designing and implementing features that let data engineers declaratively define, run, and debug complex pipelines. Drive end-to-end system design, from component architecture and state management to performance at scale, for a product that deploys multiple times daily. Set the technical bar for frontend development, influencing best practices and code quality across a small, high-agency engineering team. Contribute across the stack, including serverless Python/Express services, and explore new AI-native features as the product evolves.
What You Bring
5+ years shipping production frontend products, with deep expertise in React and TypeScript. A concrete grasp of frontend system design: you can reason about state, component architecture, and performance at scale. Experience owning systems end-to-end in a cloud environment, comfortable driving projects from design to deployment. You're opinionated, resourceful, and want a hand in product direction, not just execution.
