Senior Full-Stack Engineer
£95,000 - £120,000 + Equity | Hybrid (1 day per week in London)
We're partnering with a high-growth AI technology company who are already backed by leading venture capital investors and experiencing significant commercial traction, the business has achieved:

As they enter their next phase of growth, they're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of the platform.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll take ownership of end-to-end product development, working closely with Product, Design and Engineering leadership to deliver features used by enterprise customers.

You'll have significant influence over technical decisions, architecture and product direction while helping scale a platform operating at the forefront of AI adoption.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and shipping customer-facing features across frontend and backend systems
- Designing and developing scalable APIs and backend services
- Collaborating closely with Product and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Taking ownership of technical decisions and architectural improvements
- Contributing to the growth and evolution of a rapidly scaling product
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience building and maintaining production web applications
- Expertise with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue or Angular
- Experience designing and building APIs and backend services
- Proven ability to own projects from concept through to delivery
- A pragmatic engineering mindset, balancing speed, quality and maintainability
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
