Up to £180,000 + Meaningful Equity | Central London | 3-4 Days Per Week
🌳 ARETI have been exclusively retained by one of the UK's fastest-growing technology companies following a significant investment round.
Over the next 8 weeks, we're hiring 9 exceptional Senior Software Engineers as our client enters the most exciting stage of its journey. This isn't a replacement hire. This is a business that's just secured significant funding, is investing heavily in technology, and is planning to double in size over the next 12 months. 🌳 The Opportunity
This is far more than another Senior Engineering position. You'll own business-critical product areas, influence architectural decisions, mentor exceptional engineers and remain deeply hands-on building software that directly impacts customers and business growth. You'll work alongside Product, Design and Engineering Leadership to solve complex problems, ship quickly and help establish the technical foundations for the company's next phase of growth. Don't worry if your experience is with a different backend language. We're far more interested in exceptional engineers than experience with one particular technology. If you've built large-scale systems using Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, C#, Scala, Rust or similar, we'd love to hear from you. Great engineers learn new technologies. We hire for engineering excellence- not keywords.

🌳 Engineering Culture
This is a collaborative, high-performance engineering environment. The team works together from their Central London office 3-4 days per week because they believe the best software is built together. Architecture discussions happen on whiteboards. Ideas become production code quickly. Decisions are made fast. You'll work alongside exceptional engineers who genuinely enjoy solving difficult problems together. If you're looking for a fully remote role, this won't be the right opportunity.
