Join a Growing Property Law Team
Are you an experienced Senior Solicitor with expertise in Leasehold and Landlord & Tenant law?
We're working with an ambitious and expanding law firm looking to strengthen its property team with a confident legal professional who enjoys managing complex matters, building lasting client relationships, and helping to shape the future of a growing department.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-quality caseload while working alongside a supportive team that values expertise, collaboration, and professional development.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial Leasehold and Landlord & Tenant matters, advising landlords, tenants, leaseholders, freeholders, and managing agents from instruction through to completion.
You'll also play an important role in mentoring junior colleagues, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued success of the department.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
