A Supportive Pathway to Self-Employed Legal Practice in Birkenhead

We’re helping experienced solicitors take control of their legal careers—without starting from scratch. Our model provides the infrastructure, credibility, and professional support needed to build a sustainable self-employed practice, whether you already have clients, a following, or just strong technical expertise in a specific practice area.

This isn’t a traditional job—it’s a structured way to embrace independence while retaining the safety net of established support.

What You’ll Cover

You’ll keep the revenue-generating freedom of self-employment but retain access to critical back-end and client-facing services.

Financial & Operational Independence

  • 70–100% of billables paid directly to you each month (minimal deductions)
  • Flexible work setup—set your own hours, choose clients, and practice from your location of choice
  • No administrative burdens—full support for trust accounting, compliance, and infrastructure
  • Professional indemnity insurance included

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
