Senior Solicitor – Property Litigation | London, City | Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers accredited Firm | Hybrid Working 3 Days Per Week | Excellent Benefits
The Firm:
This Top Tier L500 firm combines commercial strength with an entrepreneurial culture. With circa 150 staff firm-wide, it offers a stable, well-resourced platform with clear growth ambitions.
The Real Estate Disputes team is a core practice area, acting on complex, high-value disputes for landlords, developers and lenders.
The firm operates a modern, flexible model, offering up to three days per week hybrid working.
This firm are very big on internal progression, including 19 promotions this year with 5+ Partners.
The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to take a leading role within the Property disputes team.

- Developer and right to light disputes
- Party wall and trespass claims

Beyond case leadership, you will play a strategic role in client development, cross-referrals and team supervision, helping shape the next phase of the department’s growth.

The Candidate & Benefits:
You will be an experienced Property Litigation Senior Lawyer with a strong track record in complex real estate disputes, ideally within a London commercial practice.
At Senior Associate level, you will be ready to step into a broader leadership role. At Partner level, you will bring strategic thinking, client relationship strength, and a desire to help grow the practice further.
