Service Care Solutions is proud to be working with a well-regarded Local Authority, based in Norfolk, which is looking for an experienced Senior Childcare Solicitor to join their busy Legal Services team on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced childcare lawyer to take on a varied and challenging caseload within a supportive local authority.

Senior Childcare Solicitor
Location
Norfolk – hybrid/remote
Umbrella Rate
£60 - £65ph
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume caseload of complex child protection matters.
- Advising Children's Services on all aspects of public law childcare.
- Conducting advocacy where appropriate or instructing counsel.

Benefits
- Hybrid working - Court work / office attendance would be ideal but not mandated.
- Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
- Flexible hours.
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £200.
