Are you an experienced legal professional looking for a rewarding leadership role in residential conveyancing? We have an exciting opening for a Residential Conveyancing Senior Associate/Director or Partner at a esteemed law firm based in Glasgow. This is a permanent position ideal for a Senior Solicitor seeking to lead and develop a dynamic residential property team.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a high-quality conveyancing service, dealing with sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Lead and supervise junior conveyancers and legal staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear and accessible legal guidance
- Achieve and exceed fee income targets by generating work, billing promptly, and recording all time accurately
- Stay up to date with legal developments and regulatory changes affecting residential conveyancing

Candidate Skills & Experience
- Over 8 years PQE in residential conveyancing, with a focus on high net worth clients
- Sound legal knowledge with a high level of technical competence
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently
- Excellent communication skills, confident in client and team interactions
- Strong business development mindset and relationship-building skills
