About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant (m/f/*) CPG / Manufacturing to join our team. We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for using the latest technologies – including machine learning – to optimize our customers' supply chains and mentor the next generation of consultants.
You'll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants, taking a leading role in shaping solutions, driving best practices, and contributing to the growth of the team. You'll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative, creative solutions at scale. The role requires deep expertise in supply chain business processes and software configuration.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements to define business objectives and translate them into strategic planning solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that measurably improve customer profitability.
- Own the end-to-end integration of our product with clients' existing systems and processes, ensuring scalability and long-term fit.
- Oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet the highest standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in maximizing the value of our product and championing continuous improvement.
- Provide senior-level support for critical incidents and lead value-driven development initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing expertise and raising the overall capability of the team.

Requirements
- A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields).
- Extensive professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems.
- Deep expertise in manufacturing operations with a comprehensive understanding of planning and scheduling challenges at scale.
- Advanced data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL.
- A strong track record of leading complex implementations, including testing, quality assurance, training, and user adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage.
