The Talent
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead enterprise-scale NetSuite implementations, working closely with clients to design, strategize, and execute tailored ERP/CRM solutions. You will play a key role in pre-sales, solution architecture, and technical leadership, ensuring successful project delivery.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, provide innovative solutions, and demonstrate how technology can drive growth. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and product development to address challenges, enhance performance, and shape the future of our solutions.
The Commitment
- Lead the design and architecture of complex NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop scalable and high-performing solutions that align with industry best practices and business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership in NetSuite customizations, integrations, and third-party applications.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with the proposed architecture and business requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive technical workshops, solution reviews, and system demonstrations with clients.
- Partner with sales teams to assess client needs and present compelling NetSuite solutions.
- Conduct solution discovery sessions and develop tailored implementation strategies.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, including proposal development, scoping, and proof-of-concept presentations.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on NetSuite capabilities and best practices.
- Conduct business process analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams to drive successful ERP adoption.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional NetSuite enhancements or services.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, solution architects, and project managers.
- Contribute to the development of internal best practices, methodologies, and solution accelerators.
- Stay ahead of NetSuite advancements and industry trends, ensuring Appficiency remains at the forefront of ERP innovation.

The Essentials
- 8+ years in ERP/CRM solution architecture, consulting, and NetSuite implementations.
- Strong expertise in SuiteCloud development, integrations, and advanced financials.
- Proven leadership in large-scale, complex SaaS implementations across industries like construction, manufacturing, and professional services.
- Deep understanding of finance, accounting, and business operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and eCommerce applications, including system integrations and automation.
- Excellent pre-sales, client advisory, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing technical depth with business strategy.
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Solution Architect) preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and business process optimization.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to shifting priorities, and drive continuous innovation.
