Senior Solutions Architect

Principal Architect – Global SaaS Technology Revolution

About the Company

A Global SaaS Company at the forefront of education technology, with millions of users worldwide, is transforming its platform and product model, shifting towards AI-enabled, platform-centric solutions.

As part of this evolution, they are hiring a Principal Architect to provide senior technical leadership across a multi-region, complex environment.

The Opportunity

Senior Executive Role reporting directly to the Global VP of Technology and Operations, responsible for shaping long-term technology strategy while ensuring scalability, consistency, and strategic alignment.

Key focus areas:

  • Technical governance & architecture strategy (not delivery-oriented)
  • Cross-functional alignment across engineering teams
  • Bridging UK and US operations to improve cohesion and best practices

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Governance

  • Define and evolve architecture principles, standards, and governance across the organisation
  • Lead architecture forums and decision-making processes
  • Drive consistency in tooling, design patterns, and integrations
  • Oversee security, scalability, resilience, and observability governance
  • Collaborate on high-impact architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs
  • Encourage pragmatic governance that enhances—rather than impedes—delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
