We're now looking for a Senior Solutions Architect

To help us design smart, scalable and future‑ready solutions that keep our guests smiling - and our business moving forward.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role within our friendly, supportive Architecture team.

You’ll be the hands-on design authority for major programmes of work, shaping solutions across a diverse and exciting tech landscape - including Traveller (booking engine), Sitecore, Salesforce and a range of modern integrations, digital products and supporting systems.

Working closely with engineers, developers, business stakeholders and delivery partners, you’ll take business needs and turn them into clear, practical and robust end-to-end architecture designs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a real impact, ensuring our technology evolves in a safe, sustainable and value-driven way.

What you will be doing...

  • Analyse and document the current (“as-is”) architecture and shape the target (“to‑be”) state.
  • Run structured solution option analysis (build vs buy, vendor selection, integration patterns, reuse vs replace).
  • Recommend designs that are evidence-based, cost‑effective and aligned to Parkdean Resorts’ architectural principles.
  • Highlight architectural risks, duplication and technical debt, championing long-term simplification.
  • Contribute to domain-level roadmaps (Digital, CRM, Booking, etc.).
  • Support and participate in architecture governance forums to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Work together with engineering teams, developers and business partners.
  • Communicate complex designs clearly - both visually for technical audiences, and simply for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor colleagues across IT to encourage holistic, design-led thinking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
