Senior Solutions Architect - Service Management

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect that specialises within Service Management to join our growing team and support a strong pipeline of new business and client solution activity within our ADS sector.

This is a varied and high-impact role, suited to someone with a strong Service Management background who is either already operating in a service architecture, solution design, bid or pre-sales environment, or is looking to take the next step into this space. You will play a key role in shaping service management solutions for new and existing clients, translating requirements into clear service models, reviewing contractual commitments and ensuring services are fit for purpose from mobilisation through to live operation.

You will join the team at an exciting time of growth, working across a broad mix of bids, service design, transition, continual improvement and client engagement, with the opportunity to further develop your architecture and pre-sales capability.

This requires travel to sites along the M3/M4 Corridor.

What you will be doing:

  • Support pre-sales and bid activity by helping to shape Service Management solutions, write bid responses, review technical and service documentation, and contribute to client-facing presentations and proposals.
  • Design service models and service architectures that meet client requirements, align to contractual commitments and support successful mobilisation, transition and ongoing delivery.
  • Work closely with architects, technical teams, CTOs, delivery leads, bid teams, partners and clients to ensure the service solution is clear, achievable and commercially sound.
  • Review contracts, requirements and bid documentation to understand obligations, identify risks and ensure the proposed service approach can be delivered effectively.
  • Support service transition and mobilisation activity, including reviewing service deliverables, assessing service readiness and helping teams hand over into live service successfully.
  • Carry out service assessments, maturity reviews and continual improvement activity, helping existing services become more efficient, effective and aligned to best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
