About The Opportunity

🏔️ The Adventure Ahead

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you are the strategic architect behind Docebo’s most complex, high-stakes enterprise victories. You will navigate multi-stakeholder landscapes and engage executive suites to turn sophisticated technical requirements into transformative learning visions. This isn't just about demos; it's about owning the technical win and serving as a launchpad for your future as a Principal leader or People Manager.

📅 The Day-to-Day

Command the Room: Lead solution design and customer engagement on high-value enterprise opportunities that demand both technical grit and organisational savvy. Influence the C-Suite: Engage confidently with VP and C-level stakeholders, expertly navigating political dynamics and complex objections to position Docebo as a strategic partner. Master the Discovery: Drive deep, multi-threaded discovery sessions to uncover the hidden decision-makers and unstated business requirements that others often miss. Strategize to Win: Act as a high-level advisor to Account Executives, helping them navigate complex organizations and build ironclad business cases against the competition. Bridge the Gap: Build trusted partnerships with Product, Marketing, and CS teams to ensure our deal intelligence informs Docebo’s broader global strategy. Elevate the Team: Support the growth of junior SCs through deal coaching and the creation of high-impact playbooks and reusable assets.

Enterprise Veteran: You bring previous of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting, specifically within the enterprise SaaS landscape. Learning Tech Guru: You possess deep knowledge of the LMS/learning technology industry, ideally with a background in HCM or talent intelligence. Architectural Excellence: You have a strong technical pulse on enterprise architecture, APIs, SSO, and HRIS integrations. Executive Storyteller: You have mastered the art of whiteboarding and storytelling, making complex technical solutions feel simple and inspiring to executive audiences. Strategic Navigator: You thrive in ambiguity and have a proven instinct for winning multi-stakeholder deals in a competitive market. Collaborative Mentor: You are a natural leader who enjoys sharing knowledge and setting the bar for excellence across the entire SC organisation.
