Your Role

We’re looking for a seasoned ERP Project Manager to join our rapidly growing enterprise software company. In this role, you will focus on leading large-scale, enterprise-wide implementation projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, strategic governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional stakeholder management across the full project lifecycle.

As a core lead within our professional services team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and enterprise project management offices (PMOs), ensuring that complex deployments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational compliance policies.

You Will

  • End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for complex enterprise customers from initial Planning and Design through Configuration, Testing, Launch, and Hypercare.
  • Project Governance: Establish, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, critical paths, and comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) to ensure milestone adherence.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate and align vast, cross-functional enterprise teams, including customer champions, system administrators, business leads (Legal, Security, IT, Procurement), and third-party implementation partners.
  • Executive Communication: Establish a rigorous engagement cadence, facilitate steering committee meetings for enterprise clients, and provide regular strategic status updates to project sponsors and corporate executives.
  • Technical & Integration Oversight: Scope and manage project dependencies around technical validation, identity provider setups (SSO/SCIM), and third-party application or custom ERP integration touchpoints.
  • Testing Quality Control: Define clear entry and exit criteria for testing phases, oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), and support customer teams through structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycles.
  • Launch & Cutover Management: Architect detailed cutover plans, production readiness checklists, environment data cleanups, and final production sync strategies to guarantee a low-risk, clean go-live.
  • Hypercare Stabilizing: Lead post-launch Hypercare operations, actively monitoring adoption, resolving deployment friction points, and managing a healthy, documented transition to steady-state ownership under Customer Success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
