Solutions Consultant (Construction Industry Expert) – UK Construction Market
About the Role
We're seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between our customers, our product, and the UK construction industry. This cross-functional role combines Sales, Customer Success, and Product, requiring deep construction knowledge and product expertise to drive customer outcomes throughout the entire lifecycle.
You’ll become the go-to construction and product expert for our UK business. Your role will include:
- Helping win new accounts
- Ensuring existing customers maximize value
- Feeding market intelligence back into our product roadmap
- Working across all functions, wearing multiple hats, and shaping UK growth.
You’ll report to the Vice President of Product with a dotted line to the Head of UK & Ireland.

What You’ll Do
Customer Implementation & Adoption
- Support new and existing accounts with product expertise and construction industry knowledge, focusing on driving outcomes—not just adoption.
- Provide technical support based on product know-how and field experience.
- Develop and maintain regional reusable solution templates in Breadcrumb for construction use cases and best practices.
Internal & Customer Enablement
- Partner with Sales for new business initiatives:
- Lead discovery, demos, and technical validation as the construction industry expert.
- Work with Customer Success to guide current customers with best practices and deep product knowledge, leveraging your combined expertise.
- Support customers in pilot and beta testing of new solutions.
- Deliver exceptional experiences to retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships.
- Enable internal teams on:
- Product releases
- Construction-market alignment
- Content strategy for UK construction targets.

Ongoing Customer Education & Content
- Deliver webinars on:
- New product releases
- Breadcrumb solutions and industry best practices
- Collaborate with Marketing to create actionable messaging linking product capabilities to real-world construction challenges.
Product & Market Intelligence
- Serve as the critical channel between market and product, prioritizing insights from:
- Customers
- Sales teams
- Stakeholders
- Stay updated on UK & Irish construction trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape, ensuring product strategy stays relevant.
- Identify gap opportunities to strengthen customer value.
Innovation & High-Growth Opportunities
- Engage in new product development, focusing on:
- Worker data analytics
- Safety intelligence solutions
- AI-powered insights
- Spot enterprise opportunities enabled by our unique dataset.
- Tackle high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep construction industry knowledge—you’ve lived and worked in this world.
- Experience with construction, site or safety technology tools (preferred).
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where multitasking and adaptability are key.
- Strategic thinker who connects customer pain points to business opportunities.
- Strong communicator, fluent across:
- Sales teams
- Customer success
- Marketing
- Product departments
- Intellectual curiosity about AI/data transformation in construction (experience not required).
- Growth mindset—willing to learn deeply, build, and scale as we expand.
- Autonomy to drive projects and passion for solving real-world problems beyond ‘vendorspeak’.
- Someone who loves building technology that moves the needle.
