Main description:

Ranked #1 fastest-growing private company in The Sunday Times 100 2022, AYBL has quickly become one of the most iconic women’s activewear brands worldwide.

We are a passionate, innovative and ambitious brand on a mission to empower women through the power of fitness. Based in the UK, we are dedicated to providing premium, yet affordable activewear that encompasses our ‘Together we thrive’ ethos.

We’re constantly on the lookout for new people who are equally ambitious, share our core values and consider themselves the best in their field. If this sounds like you and you’ve got what it takes to help push AYBL to the next level, this could be the place for you.

The opportunities right now are limitless. We are looking to hire genuine people who demonstrate authenticity and a unique way of thinking.

As we grow, you’ll grow too.

Main purpose of the role:

The Senior Sourcing Executive acts as the commercial and product intelligence bridge between the design team and the supply base. This role requires a candidate with strong commercial acumen and the ability to assess product, quality and value — translating the design team’s creative vision into commercially viable, technically sound sourcing decisions ensuring alignment with the company’s sourcing strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Commercial Product & Quality Assessment

  • Assess product samples with a commercial eye — identifying what constitutes high-quality, cost-effective production versus poor value or quality risk.
  • Evaluate supplier product capabilities and allocate suppliers based on design team briefs, balancing quality, lead time, MOQ, supplier capacity and price competitiveness whilst aligning this with the company’s sourcing strategy.
  • Work closely with the Design team to translate creative briefs into technical sourcing requirements, identifying appropriate manufacturing partners for each product type or collection.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
