The Senior Sourcing & Procurement Process Lead is responsible for driving the design, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes across the organization. This role partners with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to standardize processes, enhance compliance, improve user experience, and deliver measurable business value through operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for Sourcing and procurement governance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
As a Senior Sourcing & Procurement Process Lead you will be Responsible for:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sourcing and procurement processes across global and regional operations.
- Establish and maintain procurement process governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures.
- Ensure end-to-end process consistency, compliance, and adoption across Product Lines.
- Own process documentation, operating models, controls, and performance standards.
- Drive process improvements across Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Relationship Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Identify opportunities to simplify procurement activities, eliminate inefficiencies, and increase operational effectiveness.
- Partner with technology teams to optimize procurement systems and digital tools.
- Drive automation opportunities and leverage analytics to improve procurement performance and user experience.
- Ensure procurement processes are aligned with enterprise digital transformation strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to procurement leadership and business stakeholders on process optimization strategies.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify process challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and IT functions.
- Support change management initiatives to achieve successful process adoption.
- Develop and manage procurement process KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Monitor process effectiveness, compliance, cycle times, savings realization, and overall procurement efficiency.
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Present recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure sourcing and procurement processes comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to procurement operations.
- Strengthen controls that mitigate supplier, commercial, financial, and operational risks.

To be Successful in the role
- Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have Minimum 8–12 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement transformation roles.
- Have Proven experience leading end-to-end procurement process improvement initiatives.
- Have Strong understanding of sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procure-to-pay processes.
- Have Experience working with major procurement and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer, Ivalua).
- Have Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders at senior levels.
- Have Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or equivalent.
- Experience in procurement transformation, shared services, or global business services environments.
- Knowledge of category management and supplier relationship management practices.
- Exposure to global procurement operations and governance frameworks.
