Ote £53,600 (£40,600 + up to £3,000 bonus) + Tips

As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll lead the pass, mentor your team, and ensure the kitchen buzzes with excellence. This role is Made for head chefs in the making—offering real responsibility, impact, and a passion for authentic food.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fostering a kitchen culture where your team feels safe, seen, and proud
- Maintaining food quality and high-energy kitchen vibes
- Mentoring and developing chefs, helping them grow and thrive
- Jumping into prep, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining fast-paced service
- Embracing a kaizen mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and standards
