Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchens—and our guests’ experience:
- Deliver theatre-quality service: Execute our signature ‘Caravan of Love’ guest experience with consistency and warmth.
- Lead like a chef (literally): Drive the team alongside the Head Chef, embody our restaurant’s philosophy, and set the standard for collective high performance.
- Push boundaries: Experiment fearlessly with seasonality, ingredients, and evolving trends while upholding our identity as a well-travelled cuisine.
- Own responsibility: Inextricable foundations’ relationship with it the kitchen: sustainability, waste reduction, team morale.
- Innovate: Become fluent with Fourth, FnB, and HARRi or be coached on their SOPs to streamline workflows.
What We’re After
Building on our success requires a mentee with determination and ownership. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sous chef who demonstrates:
✔ Operations mastery: 3–5 years of hands-on kitchen management, head-prep-focused or Brazilian service roles ✔ Experience scaling teams successfully under time constraints ✔ Thinking with cities that can engage both bespoke ingredients and unexpected twist with training—Growth - Star ecosystem like great introversionial and service team ✔ A founder mentality: the ability to solve problems creatively, make tough calls, and turn stress into exceptional output ✔ Collaborative culture: empathy championing and fulfilled drive to help team members thrive
