Requirements
- Experience cooking fresh ingredients
- Experience managing a kitchen
- Experience with Fourth, FnB, and Harri systems (preferred, but training available)
- Ability to lead, support, and inspire a team
- Passion for cuisine

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve 'well-travelled' food inspired by global flavors
- Support the restaurant team with the 'Caravan of Love' customer experience
- Work with the Head Chef to nurture and develop the kitchen team, leading from the front
- Take ownership of role and kitchen responsibilities
- Learn and develop knowledge and skills
- Support environmental stewardship targets and efficiency goals
- Follow departmental environmental policies and monitor resource usage (energy, disposable goods, food waste)
- Respect individual differences in all work interactions
