Salary
£42,000 per annum

EC2V 7QP
Shift Pattern
Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in managing a busy staff restaurant delivering 500 covers daily across retail, plated, and buffet food offerings.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Chef de Parties, ensuring outstanding food quality and service standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, food safety compliance, stock management, and cost control.
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and execution during high-volume service periods.
- Take ownership of kitchen operations and service delivery in the Head Chef's absence.
