Senior Specialist, Client Processing Team Lead
Senior Specialist, Operations Oversight – Transfer Agency Team (Manchester, UK)

Join us in Manchester, UK as Senior Specialist, Operations Oversight, where your expertise will drive excellence, ensure compliance, and champion continuous improvement in our Transfer Agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational processing—including transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, and reconciliations—to ensure 100% compliance with modernised client service standards.
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents, analysing data to monitor performance and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver daily workflow planning, staff training and development, and highlight operational best practices.
- Lead periodic reviews and audits with internal/external stakeholders while ensuring adherence to all client regulatory requirements, including:
- CASS (Client Assets Safeguarding)
- COLL (Client Assets)
- COBS (Conduct of Business)
- DISP (Disclosure, Performance and Transparency)
- GDPR
- Consumer Duty

What We Look For
- Experience: Combination of education, training, and hands-on experience in financial services with either operations or client reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Financial & Compliance Expertise: Preference for candidates with experience in transaction processing, client reporting, or operational oversight within regulated environments.
- Tech-Ready Mindset: Experience with or willingness to develop proficiency in AI/digital tools is a differentiator.
