About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to work as a member of the Deskside Support and Engineering Services team, providing local supervision of colleagues as required, ensuring:
- An efficient and effective customer service
- A quality end-to-end ICT service for West Mercia Police
Key Responsibilities
To provide a high level of technical support across West Mercia Police, including for:
- Internal and external customers
- ICT services
- Specialist applications and equipment
To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the:
- Deskside Support team
- Engineering Services team
Including:
- Overseeing daily work processes
- Supporting continual professional development of team members
Role Details
- Office-based position
