Senior Specialist Deskside & Engineering Services

About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to work as a member of the Deskside Support and Engineering Services team, providing local supervision of colleagues as required, ensuring:

  • An efficient and effective customer service
  • A quality end-to-end ICT service for West Mercia Police

Key Responsibilities

To provide a high level of technical support across West Mercia Police, including for:

  • Internal and external customers
  • ICT services
  • Specialist applications and equipment

To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the:

  • Deskside Support team
  • Engineering Services team

Including:

  • Overseeing daily work processes
  • Supporting continual professional development of team members

Role Details

  • Office-based position
