Senior Specialist, HR Business Partner

Senior HR Business Partner - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced HR professional with experience of working in a regulated environment and ready for your next challenge at FCE Bank plc?

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join FCE Bank plc, part of Ford Motor Company, on a full-time, 18 month fixed term contract providing maternity leave cover.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of key business objectives, partnering across the organisation to align our people strategy with our organisational goals while supporting a strong culture of compliance, controls, and positive employee experience.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Dunton - Hybrid working model with 4 days onsite
  • Contract Type: Full Time, 18 Month Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Leave Cover
  • Reporting to: Manager, HR Compliance & Business Partner

Based at our Dunton campus in Essex, you will serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing comprehensive HR guidance and coaching leaders and employees across key areas including employee relations, performance management, organisational change, workforce planning, compliance, and controls.

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to assigned business areas
  • Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle
  • Coach leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams
  • Support compliant, business-aligned people outcomes within a regulated environment

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a champion of our company culture and values, partnering strategically across the business at varying levels to foster an engaged and high-performing workforce.
