Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Flexcube Corporate Banking to lead functional testing and automation initiatives
Job Description
Perform comprehensive functional testing of Flexcube Corporate Banking modules to ensure quality and compliance with business requirements Develop maintain and execute automation scripts for Flexcube functional testing to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and QA to understand requirements and deliver highquality solutions Analyze test results identify defects and work with development teams for timely resolution Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices within the Flexcube Corporate Banking domain Participate in test planning estimation and status reporting to stakeholders Continuously enhance automation frameworks and testing tools to keep pace with evolving project needs

Lead functional testing efforts for Flexcube Corporate Banking applications ensuring all business scenarios are adequately tested Design and implement automation strategies for Flexcube functional testing to increase test coverage and reliability Mentor and guide junior testers in both manual and automated testing techniques Coordinate with project managers and business stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines Identify process improvements and implement best practices for functional testing and automation Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test environments data setup and automation scripts Document test cases test scripts and defects clearly and maintain comprehensive test documentation
