Senior Specialist, Product & Innovation – Digital Assets

Join us as a Senior Specialist, Product & Innovation – Digital Assets in our Product & Innovation organization to shape the future of finance. This role combines product strategy, technology enablement, and client delivery, bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Innovation
- Define and execute product roadmaps across core themes (data, payments modernization, digital assets, infrastructure).
- Conduct market, client, and competitive intelligence analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable business requirements.
Program Execution & Delivery
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies for timely delivery.
- Prepare executive briefings for governance reviews.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement
- Bridge between Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Risk to align execution.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to validate concepts and refine product designs.
- Support leadership communications to maintain transparency and strategic alignment.
Commercialisation & Measurement
- Develop commercialization strategies, KPIs, and adoption frameworks for new product launches.
- Analyse client feedback and performance metrics to optimise existing offerings.
- Contribute to budget tracking, reporting, and business planning for innovation initiatives.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) – Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record in product management, technology enablement, or financial services innovation (preferably in capital markets, digital assets, or payments).
- Strong ability to connect strategy to execution, manage priorities, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a focus on business delivery.
