Role: Senior Associate, Client Service

Location: Manchester, UK

We’re seeking a future team member to join our UK Transfer Agency (TA) Operations team as a Senior Associate, Client Service.

In this role, you’ll have a meaningful impact by:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and auditors conducting due diligence reviews and audit visits, ensuring professional, timely, and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Coordinating and managing the calendar of client visits and audits by collaborating with operational teams to:
    • Schedule meetings,
    • Track milestones, and
    • Ensure the team is prepared for all engagements.
  • Providing end-to-end oversight of audits and visits, including activities such as:
    • Managing data requests and transfers,
    • Attending key meetings, and
    • Monitoring progress to support a smooth and successful execution.
  • Identifying risks, issues, or delays during audits and visits, then escalating them promptly to senior managers within the Transfer Agency (TA) team to drive timely resolutions and accurate delivery.

Requirements

To excel in this role, we’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities outlined above, showcasing a combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in financial services, particularly in client services, audit, or operations.
  • Willingness and openness to develop skills in AI and digital tools.
