Job Opportunity: Senior Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist based in United Kingdom.
As a Senior Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and brand activations across international and regulated markets. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving events, public relations, marketing, and external partners to maximize brand visibility and business impact. This role combines strong project management with stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to collaborate with global teams while managing multiple high-profile initiatives. Accountabilities
- Coordinate the successful execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activation initiatives across multiple regulated markets while ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Support regional teams in identifying partnership opportunities by preparing proposals, business cases, activation strategies, and execution plans.
- Plan and manage regional events, conferences, media engagements, and partner activations, overseeing logistics, timelines, vendors, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, media organizations, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and within scope.
- Work closely with Marketing, PR, Content, Social Media, Legal, and Compliance teams to integrate campaigns while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Assist with public relations initiatives by coordinating press events, speaking engagements, media opportunities, and announcement logistics.
- Manage operational aspects of partnerships, including contract administration, budget tracking, purchase requests, and documentation.
- Monitor sponsorship and campaign performance, prepare post-event reports, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, media opportunities, and emerging partnership trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, events, public relations, marketing, or a related commercial role.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience supporting media events, PR campaigns, or communications initiatives is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
- Experience within fintech, cryptocurrency, financial services, sports, or other regulated industries is beneficial.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is preferred.
- Commercial mindset, strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to balance independent execution with effective cross-functional collaboration.
