Senior Staff Nurse
Senior Staff Nurse – Dialysis Clinic | Full-Time Permanent Role | Farnborough, Hampshire
One of the UK’s leading healthcare providers is seeking a committed Senior Staff Nurse to join their state-of-the-art dialysis clinic in the Farnborough, Hampshire area.
This exceptional clinic delivers the highest level of care using technologically advanced equipment, supported by multidisciplinary teams.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a high standard of individualised and patient-focused care
- Mentoring and supporting team members
- Providing safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and external organisations/hospital trusts
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth operational delivery
- Ensuring effective communication at all times with patients, users, and service providers
- Adhering to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, including supporting implementation and review
- Continuously developing knowledge and skills to enhance renal patient care
- Promoting evidence-based practice and contributing to evaluating evidence for improved care delivery

Requirements
To apply for this position, you must be:
- A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin
Desirable/experience to benefit the role includes:
- Renal nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and workflows
- Team-oriented attitude

Compensation & Benefits
This permanent full-time role offers:
- Competitive salary: GBP £39,000 – GBP £40,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE)
- Location allowance: £4,500 annually
- 35 days paid leave per annum, inclusive of bank holidays
- Monday to Saturday shift pattern (day shifts only)
- Flexible working arrangements
