Senior Staff Nurse
Senior Staff Nurse – Dialysis Clinic (Bilston, Wolverhampton)
You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers in an exceptional dialysis clinic, delivering state-of-the-art care with technologically advanced equipment.
About the Role
A committed Senior Staff Nurse is sought for a permanent, full-time day shift role (Monday–Saturday).
Essential Qualification:
- Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of individualised, patient-focused care.
- Mentor and assist team members.
- Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, including external organisations and hospital trusts.
- Lead shifts and promote effective communication with patients, users, and providers.
- Adhere to company guidelines and assist in their implementation and review.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills to deliver high-standard care for renal patients.
- Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in evaluating evidence for patient care improvement.

- Renal nursing experience (desirable)

Salaries & Benefits
- Competitive salary: £37,750–39,500 per annum (DOE).
- Generous benefits:
- 35 paid leave days per annum (including bank holidays).
- Monday–Saturday working pattern.
