Senior Staff Nurse

Clinical Lead Nurse – Dedicated Dementia Care Home (Partington, Manchester)

An exceptional Clinical Lead Nurse opportunity has emerged within a high-quality nursing home in Partington, Manchester, dedicated to providing exceptional care for residents living with dementia.

On behalf of one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to oversee exceptional nursing care within this specialised environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively in a team to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Perform all relevant care procedures under NMC guidelines and in conjunction with other nurse practitioners
  • Ensure consistent excellence in care service standards
  • Uphold the personal dignity of residents while promoting their independence
  • Conduct accurate assessments of residents’ needs and prioritise care requirements
  • Administer medication and treatments in full compliance with NMC regulatory standards and company policy
  • Develop, maintain, and review personalised care plans in partnership with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor resident health, log concerns, and coordinate requests for GP or specialist visits where necessary

Essential Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) status with an active NMC Pin
  • Essential: Previous experience as a Clinical Lead in a care home setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a nursing team in delivering person-centred, clinical care
  • Experience in quality clinical and needs assessments for elderly care
  • Strong ability to engage with service users to understand and meet individual care needs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
  • Commitment to involving service users and families in care planning, implementation, and evaluation
