Clinical Lead Nurse – State of the Art Care Home, Holt (Norfolk)

About the Role

A committed Clinical Lead Nurse is required for a brand new, state-of-the-art care home opening in Holt, Norfolk. This role is with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, combining elegance, luxury, and impeccable care—offering residential, dementia, respite, and nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a team to provide high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Deliver all forms of care in collaboration with other nurse practitioners
  • Ensure consistent high-quality care standards are met
  • Meet the personal care needs of residents while upholding dignity and independence
  • Accurately assess resident needs and prioritise care requirements
  • Administer medication and treatments in alignment with NMC guidelines and company policy
  • Maintain up-to-date resident care plans in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify and report any health concerns and arrange GP/professional consultations where needed

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Essential: Previous experience as a Clinical Lead in a care home environment
  • Proven ability to lead nursing teams in delivering person-centred care (planning, implementing, and evaluating)
  • Experience in delivering clinical assessments and person-first care
  • Strong skills in engaging residents to understand their needs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
  • Ability to involve service users and families in care planning, implementation, and evaluation

Requirements

  • Qualified as an RGN or RMN with an active NMC Pin
