Senior Statistician & Researcher – Public Sector Contracts

About the Opportunity

CardioMind Research Consultancy Ltd is preparing for upcoming public sector research and evaluation contracts. We are seeking expressions of interest for two key roles:


1. Senior Statistician / Methodologist

Core responsibility: Provide expert statistical input on methodologies, surveys, analysis, and technical advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver statistical advice on methods and analysis
  • Contribute to methodological development and quality reviews
  • Support technical statistical report production
  • Facilitate statistical training and knowledge transfer (where required)

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong background in statistical methods, survey methodology, or official statistics
  • Experience with government/public sector research and policy-related projects

2. Supporting Researcher – Evidence Synthesis

Core role: Assist with rapid evidence reviews and literature synthesis for public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform title and abstract screening
  • Complete full-text screening and data extraction
  • Support quality assessment and reference management
  • Assist with synthesis and report preparation

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior involvement in systematic reviews, rapid evidence assessments, or evidence synthesis

Requirements

We welcome independent consultants, researchers, and specialist firms with:

  • Proven experience in public sector/govt policy research
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
