Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder
Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Winsford
- Hours: 15 hours per week
- Contract: 12-month fixed term
- Location: Winsford (locals only, commute required)
- Opening Times: 7 AM – 8 PM (flexibility required)
Toolstation is hiring a Motivated and Accountable Senior Store Assistant who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and loves offering great customer service. The Role – What You’ll Do
- Exceed all expectations as the friendly face of Toolstation – Supporting customers to find their next project solution with enthusiasm.
- Roll up your sleeves – Deliveries, stocking shelves, warehouse tasks, and keeping the store clean while contributing to a welcoming team environment.
- Balance flexibility and reliability – Manage early starts, late finishes, and adapting to seasonal needs (shop conditions range year-round).
- Take charge and step up! – Exercise keyholder duties, including opening/closing the store, delegating tasks and providing short-term supervision when needed.
- Drive sales where you can – Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to eligible customers, offering attractive discounts.
- Commit to customer care & teamwork – Whether it’s busy Friday evenings or fast-tracking orders, consistency and positivity are key.
