Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Stores and Warehouse Operative, your daily tasks will include:
- Managing the safe storage, handling, and organisation of equipment and materials
- Supporting collections and deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and recording
- Conducting inspections and maintaining compliance with safety standards
- Handling disposal activities and providing general stores support
- Carrying out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on equipment and ensuring adherence to safety procedures

Working hours: 37 hours per week, with flexible core hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon-Thu, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Fri).
Essential Experience & Skills
Experience & Abilities
- Strong understanding and adherence to health and safety policies and regulations
- Excellent communication skills – both internal (team/supervisors) and external (clients)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Demonstrated strong organisational and communication skills
Qualifications
- City & Guilds PAT testing qualification (2377-22) – either held or willing to obtain
- Full, unrestricted UK driving licence
Security Clearance Requirement
This role requires the ability to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance. Only sole UK residents may apply.
