Senior Strategic Alliance Executive
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Alliance Executive to join our team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships that create new sales opportunities
- Champion Workiva products, track program trends, and provide deep financial analyses to guide long-range forecasting
- Maintain our market presence and protect key accounts
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and manage strategic partner alliances to grow our opportunity pipeline
- Evaluate alliance program trends and provide actionable analysis to senior management
- Monitor competitor activity in key accounts to protect our market share
- Execute financial analyses and long-range forecasting for potential partnerships
- Collaborate with senior leaders to influence functional priorities and objectives
- Lead joint initiatives across internal networks to build awareness of alliance benefits
- Apply independent judgment to evaluate complex situations that impact business results
- Guide the activities of professional staff outside your immediate team on special assignments
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience, or
- Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience, or
- PhD with 4 years of related experience
- Experience working on highly ambiguous problems that require evaluating intangible factors
- Experience acting as an internal subject matter expert within a partnerships or alliances function

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of creating formal networks across an enterprise organization
- Experience developing new procedures and standards to improve team operating effectiveness
- Specialised knowledge of software-as-a-service market dynamics and competitor strategies
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
- Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and industry events
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote collaboration
