About the Role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Strategic Operations Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence and strategic growth within a fast-moving marketplace environment.
You will act as a key operator, owning high-impact initiatives from strategy development through execution and scaling.
The position combines data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership to improve customer experiences and business performance.
You will partner closely with teams across Product, Sales, Support, and Operations to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning insights into action.
You will play a central role in shaping operational strategies and building scalable solutions that support long-term growth.
Accountabilities
- Own key operational areas by acting as a strategic operator responsible for identifying opportunities, defining priorities, and driving execution.
- Use advanced data analysis and SQL skills to generate insights, evaluate performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop growth strategies for product lines by partnering with internal teams to improve offerings, optimize funnels, and increase customer engagement.
- Define, track, and communicate operational OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve the performance of products, features, operational teams, and business processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on scaling operations, optimizing workflows, and improving organizational effectiveness.
- Develop go-to-market programs for new initiatives, including vendor management, business application evaluation, onboarding processes, and operational support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen networks, optimize company functions, and improve customer and partner experiences.
- Present recommendations, insights, and project outcomes to leadership and key decision-makers.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, technology operations, business analytics, project management, or related fields.
- Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to work hands-on with data manipulation, analysis, and reporting on a daily basis.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience transforming complex datasets into actionable insights using data analysis and visualization tools.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience designing and implementing CRM processes, workflows, and integrations to support business objectives.
- Proven ability to build and improve end-to-end operational processes for new products and existing business functions.
- Operations-focused mindset with a passion for simplifying processes, improving efficiency, and delivering results.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insights and recommendations clearly.
