Senior Global Pricing Leader – Commercial Excellence Transformation (FTSE100 Organisation – Croda)

Smart science to improve lives™

Croda is a FTSE100 business where people shape our success. Guided by our values of Innovative, Responsible and Together, we focus on life-improving innovation. With 5,000+ employees worldwide, we specialise in research and development of ingredients for Life Sciences and Consumer Care.

About the Role

As part of our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’re seeking a global pricing leader to transform commercial excellence and deliver the highest commercial outcomes across Life Sciences and Consumer Care.

The ideal candidate will act as the global process owner for pricing, introducing a firm, data-driven pricing culture—affecting margin expansion, strategic decisions, and business agility. This role spans analytical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cultural change, reporting into Commercial Excellence (part of the Global Commercial Board).

This is a new role, distinct from current merchandising/pricing operations. You’ll report into Commercial Excellence (Global Commercial Board) and collaborate closely with the regional franchise teams that own global equity.

Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Leadership

  • Establish and operationalise a global pricing centre of excellence, driving value-based pricing methodologies, governance models, and data-driven decision frameworks.
  • Define a holistic pricing culture across regions, ensuring alignment while adapting to local dynamics.
  • Lead implementation of a global pricing strategy, integrating operational excellence, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
