The Role
You are an experienced strategist — aware of your strengths and weaknesses — and deeply motivated to refine your craft and evolve your skillset. Your days are spent focussed on authoring brand strategies inspiring an exceptional quality of work in the team around you.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate original & compelling brand strategies
- Know how to articulate your ideas expertly verbally and actively increase the quality of work within the teams you're part of
- Spend a significant amount of time creating insightful immersion presentations, planning and conducting workshops and crafting world-class strategic frameworks, inspire the same in others, and practically support their strategic work where needed
- Swiftly acquire a sound understanding of the client business, and keep evolving your excellent proficiency in the fields of brand strategy & architecture
- Collaborate intimately with the team around you, learning from your directors and teaching practical skills to less experienced staff
- Construct great client presentations and can present work eloquently
- Collaborate intimately with the Design team, verbalizing creative territories and ensure the strategy carries through the creative phases of work
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of branding and deliver work for the most impactful companies of today and the founders defining tomorrow
- Demonstrate ownership of your role and can both take and action feedback from your manager to progress within it and beyond
- Have a strong awareness of the time required to complete strategic tasks. You are able to successfully manage your own time, calendar and meetings
- Have a willingness to work in our London studio and are open to travel globally, from Shanghai to San Francisco
- Have a great understanding of Figjam, Pitch and Notion

Our Responsibilities
- Ensure you have meaningful and regular access to your manager to support your personal development and career trajectory
- Actively reward performance with promotions, pay increases and a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% of salary to all employees

- Support you in taking family leave and offer significant paid maternity and paternity
- Actively encourage you to take 25 days holiday yearly, in addition to UK bank holidays (on average eight), one additional holiday day per year (capped at 5 additional days), and a studio closure between Christmas and New Year
