About Blend
Blend is a HubSpot Diamond Partner and globally recognised as the leading HubSpot website agency. With 45+ specialists across the UK and US, we partner with ambitious B2B technology companies to build connected revenue systems that fuel long-term growth.
We help organisations transform fragmented go-to-market functions into unified, AI-powered growth engines. Our work spans the full buyer journey – from creating demand through content and brand, to capturing it via websites and search, to converting it through automation and enablement.
We’re looking for a Senior Strategist who can think across the entire buyer journey for mid-market B2B clients. You’ll define and execute integrated demand generation strategies optimised for pipeline, owning the strategic direction of assigned client accounts. You’ll direct creative, content, and channel specialists to bring those strategies to life, and bring strategic challenge into the room when the evidence calls for it.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy
- The core of this role is developing and orchestrating integrated demand generation programmes for our clients. You’ll design across the workstreams that drive pipeline for mid-market B2B: AEO, paid, social, content, events, and conversion-driven website strategy (IA, UX, CRO). You’ll analyse performance data across these channels, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Create Demand
- Advise clients on brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership approaches.
- Develop content marketing strategies that position clients as category leaders.
- Lead LinkedIn Ads campaign strategy and creative ideation, and shape organic social distribution that creates reach and engagement.
- Brief and partner with creative teams to ensure output aligns with strategic intent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
